Asylum 2/ Back and 6 pack

"This workout comes in a just under 40 minutes. Made obvious by the name, the exercises focus on strengthening the back and abs. Although this workout is short it is by no means easy. You can forget the ladder with this one but you will need your bands, dumbells and chin up bar if you have one. In the warm up you will fire up your shoulders, arms and back as well as your calves with variations of power jacks while holding your jump rope taunt moving above your head and back down with each jump. This warm up leaves you sweaty and out of breath.
The exercises of Insanity: The Asylum Volume 2 Back & 6 Pack consist of ab work on the floor and pull ups or rows. If you don’t have a chin up bar or can not do a pull up like me, you will instead do rows. Of course you do not do just plain old pull ups or rows, there are multiple variations of each move, increasing in intensity and skill level. These moves alternate with abs moves. Shaun T uses some of the moves from his previous programs such as ski abs and plank sprints. There is also a killer new 5 move ab sequence. " (Forrás: itt.)
