Szerény véleményem: a gyümölcsjoghurt egy nagy átverés. De nem akarom boncolgatni a témát (azt sem, hogy a natúr joghurtok hogyan is kerülnek a pohárba).

A lényeg: korábban is mondtam: érdemesebb a natúr joghurtba belekeverni a gyümölcsöt, ha gyümölcs-joghurtot szeretnék enni. Akkor is, ha csak a cukortartalmat nézzük.
