Ingredients
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup low carb sweetener or preferred sweetener
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Sukrin Gold Fiber Syrup can be omitted if desired
- 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine cream, sweetener, coconut flour, butter, vanilla, salt and syrup sweetener until well blended.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop into bite size pieces or spoon to eat. Store in refrigerator.
