Na ez az a rész, amit eddig sosem szerettem. Most meg tetszett, :-)

"Insanity Asylum Workouts

Ok, so just like Insanity, the Asylum comes in a series of DVDs which you can play on your home DVD player or laptop. In total there are 6 DVDs and those workouts are:
1. Speed and Agility - Get quick on your feet—fast, with this intense cardio workout. (45 minutes)
2. Vertical Plyo - Jump higher than ever with this lower-body training routine. (40 minutes)
3. Relief - Stretch out to build long, lean muscle and increase your flexibility. (25 minutes)
4. Strength - Increase your strength and power by cross-training with weights and resistance. (50 minutes)
5. Game Day - Put your new sports skills to the test with this cross-training workout. (60 minutes)
6. Back to Core - Build the rock-solid core, glutes, and hamstrings for the explosive power you’ll need to play and dominate at an elite level. (45 minutes)
*2 Bonus Asylum Workout DVDs: Fit Test and Overtime
So let me try and describe the workouts for you. When I talk about Insanity Asylum with other people, I try to find out if they have done P90X and Insanity first. The reason I ask that is because the Asylum is sort of like a hybrid workout between P90X and Insanity. P90X was mostly resistance based training with some moderate cardio workouts, whereas Insanity was 100% hard core high interval training with no resistance training (except for some pushups). So in reality, the Asylum is a good mix of both worlds, resistance training and cardio." (Forrás: itt.)
