"Insanity Asylum Workouts
Ok, so just like Insanity, the Asylum comes in a series of DVDs which you can play on your home DVD player or laptop. In total there are 6 DVDs and those workouts are:1. Speed and Agility - Get quick on your feet—fast, with this intense cardio workout. (45 minutes)
2. Vertical Plyo - Jump higher than ever with this lower-body training routine. (40 minutes)
3. Relief - Stretch out to build long, lean muscle and increase your flexibility. (25 minutes)
4. Strength - Increase your strength and power by cross-training with weights and resistance. (50 minutes)
5. Game Day - Put your new sports skills to the test with this cross-training workout. (60 minutes)
6. Back to Core - Build the rock-solid core, glutes, and hamstrings for the explosive power you’ll need to play and dominate at an elite level. (45 minutes)

So let me try and describe the workouts for you. When I talk about Insanity Asylum with other people, I try to find out if they have done P90X and Insanity first. The reason I ask that is because the Asylum is sort of like a hybrid workout between P90X and Insanity. P90X was mostly resistance based training with some moderate cardio workouts, whereas Insanity was 100% hard core high interval training with no resistance training (except for some pushups).
