Choose your vegetable, fruit, snack, and protein. Instead of buying  pint of strawberries, buy them in bulk to eat throughout the week. This will cut your cost. Do the same with your vegetables. 
 


-Remember that dinner leftovers can be incorporated into your lunches the next day.
 
Foods that last all week for a small budget : 
 
-Hard boiled eggs, Cottage Cheese, Bulk Fruit, Bulk Vegetables, Loaf of Bread, Lunch Meat, Chicken Breast, Granola Bars, Hummus or Dips, Baked Goods prepared on Sunday night, Crackers, Peanut Butter, Jelly, Yogurt, etc.
