Oatmeal with 1/2c. Almond Milk and a little bit of Cinnamon. 3-4 Egg Whites for breakfast.
Meal 2. Chocolate Vegan Shakeology or the Protein Shake of your Choice. I mix mine with water or a little bit of Almond milk and 1 tsp Peanut Butter

Meal 4. Low Carb Tortilla with 2-3 Tbsp. of Hummus and
Meal 5. 3-
Meal 6. Protein Shake made with water
