"Hard Core Abs is a 15-minute core workout and is part of the basic system available from Beachbody. There is no warm up or cool down included in this workout – you go straight into the core work. As always, there is one instructor showing modifications if needed. This workout consists of the following tracks:
  • Track 1 (approx. 4 minutes and led by Corey) – exercises such as alternating leg lifts, cross crawls, crunches, crunches with knee lifts, double leg extensions and crunches with double leg extensions.
  • Track 2 (approx. 5 minutes and led by Corey) – exercises such as hovers, walking hovers, single leg extensions, iron cross and walking hover with leg lifts.
  • Track 3 (approx. 6 minutes minute and led by Dan) – focuses on obliques and contains exercises such as alternating leg extensions, double leg extensions, side hover crunch, side plank crunch and hundreds." (Forrás: itt.)
