Recept: Sült tofu zöldségpürével

Teljes nevén: amarántos-kakukkfüves-bébispenótos bundás füstölt tofu zöldségpürével és csírasalátával :)
 
 
Tofu:
100 g főstölt tofut 3 szeletbe vágtam. Bunda: 1 tojás, só, kakukkfű, amaránt. Ebbe beleforgattam, a csodaserpenyőmbe tettem, miután hozzáadtam pár levél bébispenótot, nagy lángon mindkét oldalon megsütöttem.
 
Zöldségpüré: alaprecept itt, ebből 2 evőkanálnyit turmixoltam.
 
Csírasaláta: kész, a kínaiból hoztam tegnap.

Narancsos-sajtkockás vegyes saláta, fél banán.
